The venture debt company VentureSoul Partners has declared its first fund, valued at Rs 600 crore.
The firm’s initial fund’s anchor investor is the pharmaceutical manufacturer Micro Labs. Abhishek Khemka of Baazar Kolkata, Ponnuswami M from Pure Chemicals group, and E Madhusudan, the founder of Kreditbee, are among the CXOs taking part in the fund.

Despite being a sector-neutral fund, VentureSoul Partners has a preference for fintech, B2C, B2B, and SaaS firms.
The startups will get growth finance from VentureSoul Partners.
This SEBI-registered Category II alternative investment fund will invest in firms that have proven revenue models, either at the Series A level or beyond, and plans to close its first deal shortly.
In order to set itself apart, VentureSoul combines cutting-edge credit evaluation technology with traditional banking practices, emphasizing customized solutions and being a long-term partner. According to the company, it would concentrate on providing businesses in the new economy with unique loan options.
