Crypto investment startup Flint has raised $5.1 million in funding from Sequoia India, Global Founders & some of the biggest backers across the globe including Coinbase Ventures, Better Capital, Antler India and MSA Capital, Kunal Shah (founder, Cred), Polygon co-founders Sandeep Nailwal and Jaynti Kanani, Snapdeal co-founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, among others.
Crypto investment startup Flint was founded by Anshu Agrawal & Akshit Bordia in 2021.
Flint is a global crypto investment app, which goes beyond just buying & selling coins to offer a range of passive investment assets to its users built on top of crypto. Flint's 1st offering provides simple diversification to crypto users with returns up to 13% per annum on stable coins, without any lock-in period.
Flint is being built by an experienced team with years of deep expertise in crypto along with past stints of building financial products for millions of Indians. Flint is founded by Akshit Bordia and Anshu Agrawal, both of who graduated from India’s one of the most premier engineering institution called BITS Pilani, and were product managers at India’s fastest growing unicorn, CRED.
At CRED, Akshit led the product team of RentPay vertical, while Anshu led the product team of CRED’s first offering in the wealth management space called CRED mint. Both of them have built high NPS, most-loved fintech products in the country while at CRED, and are on their way to build even better experiences at Flint.
Flint is backed by a panel of marquee investors like Sequoia Capital India, Coinbase Ventures, GFC, Hashed, IOSG, etc. as part of a total of 11 institutional investors. Apart from these, Flint is also backed by over 60 notable angel investors from across the globe, across businesses like CRED, Coinbase, Robinhood, FTX, Polygon, Terra, Blocktower Capital, Netflix, etc.
