A little over a week before the Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament, which begins on March 31, Ashneer Grover, a co-founder of BharatPe, has launched a fantasy sports app called Crickpe through his new company Third Unicorn Pvt Ltd.
Crickpe is a mobile application that allows users to play cricket online. Users are able to create a virtual team comprised of the most talented currently active players, take part in competitions, and earn points based on how well their actual teams perform.

Grover tweeted the following to announce the app’s release:“CRICKPE ! Biggest revolution in Cricket since IPL – only fantasy game paying cricketers for performance ! Where you win – cricketer wins – cricket wins !!”.
Ashneer Grover stated on LinkedIn last month: “We at Third Unicorn have quietly and peacefully built a business that is shaking the market. Bootstrapped. Without limelight. And we are doing things differently. Very differently.”

last month Ashneer Grover, a former CEO of BharatPe, has raised seed funding for his newest startup, Third Unicorn Pvt Ltd, which he launched with his wife Madhuri Jain. With an app named CrickPe that is specifically focused on cricket, the new venture will be fantasy sports-focused.
