Leap Finance, a fintech platform that facilitates the pursuit of higher education abroad by Indian students, is currently in discussions to raise approximately $70–100 million in a new round.

Leap most recently raised $75 million in its Series D round, which was led by Owl Ventures and included participation from Steadview, Paramark Ventures, Jungle Ventures, and Peak XV. The valuation of the company was estimated to be between $850M and $900M. It is impossible to determine the precise valuation, shareholding, and revenue of the firm, as the primary entity is not registered in India.
