A venture capital fund called Lumikai, which focuses on gaming and interactive media, led a $2 mn seed round for AutoVRse, a firm developing AR/VR technology.

Rajat Monga, co-founder of TensorFlow and Inference.io Yash Kotak, founder and CEO of Jumper.ai; Deepak Kumar, Chief Customer Officer at Observe.AI and an early investor at Fractal; and Viswanathan Krishnamurthy, ex-CIO and VP at Yahoo & Eaton; and other investors also participated in this round.

The funding will go toward expanding the brand’s business solution, “VRseBuilder,” which will allow VR to become used widely for the digitization of large manufacturing and industrial companies’ sales, architecture, and training processes, as reported by Entrackr.

With an emphasis on industrial training, AutoVRse has launched VRseBuilder, a VR app creation and management platform for businesses.

AutoVRse is working on a VR rhythm platformer called District M, which is intended to be a Multiversal Dance Festival, with an eye toward the worldwide gaming consumer market.
