The new AI Venture Studio will support startups in areas like healthcare, defence, transport, entertainment, logistics, agri-tech, fintech, and education.

According to a BSE filing, this pledge amounts to 2.54% of the company's total shares, and about 13% of the 45.4 crore shares Pitti owns. The pledge was made on June 20.

Responding to Pitti’s claims, MakeMyTrip said on Thursday that it is an Indian company and follows all the country's laws and data privacy rules, according to PTI.
