Since Nyra Natural’s was launched during covid, everything from recruiting to procurement, identification of vendors etc. had to be done online which increased the turnaround time. For procurement, vendors had to be found online, then ordering samples &checking them and finally ordering them on satisfaction. Working with team remotely was also challenging and communication was crucial, which got limited due to online only channels.
