Mindtickle, a Sales SaaS platform, has acquired Enable Us, which is a provider of digital sales room and buyer enablement services. The acquisition of Enable Us by Mindtickle is aimed at enabling sales representatives to collaborate with buyers digitally through personalized content experiences, thereby speeding up sales cycles and leading to more predictable revenue growth. This was stated in a press release by Mindtickle.
According to Mindtickle, the acquisition of Enable Us will assist sales leaders such as CROs, heads of enablement, and operations to have a complete alignment on gaps in knowledge, skills, and day-to-day deal behaviors, all on one single platform,as per reported by Inc42.
“This acquisition represents the perfect combination of the respective leaders in sales enablement and buyer enablement coming together,” Krishna Depura, the CEO and co-founder of Mindtickle said.
“Through our partnership with Enable Us, we saw joint customers increase their content use by almost 200%. Also, deals, where reps used mutual action plans with champions, had three times higher win rates than deals where they were not used. Enable Us’ buyer enablement solutions ensure that behaviors learned and the content utilized gets applied in real-world buyer interactions,” Depura added.
Mindtickle was established in 2011 by Krishna Depura, Nishant Mungali, Mohit Garg, and Deepak Diwakar. It is a sales enablement platform that concentrates on enhancing the sales function in businesses. The platform achieves this by identifying ideal sales behaviors, enhancing seller knowledge and skill sets, and integrating real-world feedback gathered from meetings with customers.
Mindtickle’s investors include Canaan Partners, New Enterprise Associates, Norwest Venture Partners, and SoftBank Vision Fund, among others. The company has raised over $281 million to date. In August 2021, Mindtickle raised $100 million in a Series E funding round, which helped it attain unicorn status.
