First Cheque@Jungle, a programme to invest at least $2 million as seed funding in early-stage startups, has been launched by Singapore-based Jungle Ventures.
First Cheque@Jungle offers a unique investment structure that guarantees the right amount of early-stage capital to pursue big ideas while limiting early-stage dilution. A minimum of $2 million will be invested by the company as a no-cap convertible note and 50% in equity.
