YKONE Acquires Indian Influencer Marketing Agency Barcode

For an undisclosed sum, French influencer marketing company YKONE acquired a 70% share in Barcode, a content and influencer marketing business.

For an undisclosed sum, French influencer marketing company YKONE acquired a 70% share in Barcode, a content and influencer marketing business.

With this strategic move and by combining the strengths of both companies, YKONE has positioned itself as a worldwide leader in Influencer Marketing with a turnover of close to $100 million.

After early and successful influencer marketing campaigns involving some of India’s biggest stars, such as Deepika Padukone for Chopard and Priyanka Chopra for Experience Abu Dhabi, YKONE’s acquisition of Barcode is a strategic move that aligns with the growing opportunities in the Indian influencer market.

Olivier Billon, Founder and CEO of YKONE, stated: “The acquisition of Barcode Agency is a significant step for YKONE and its international expansion.
