Swiggy, a food delivery and quick-commerce firm, Swiggy plans to invest up to Rs 1,000 crore in its subsidiary Scootsy, which handles supply chain and distribution. 

Swiggy, a quick commerce and food delivery company, has announced that M Sridhar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel), has resigned for personal reasons.

This marks the company’s entry into the sports sector.The new subsidiary will focus on owning sports teams, developing talent, organizing events, managing facilities, broadcasting and securing sponsorships.

Swiggy’s on-demand snacks platform, Snacc, has partnered with Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters to deliver freshly brewed coffee to customers within 15 minutes.

Bengaluru-based food delivery giant Swiggy has launched a standalone app, Snacc, designed for ultra-fast food delivery in just 10-15 minutes.

The goal is to make it easier for restaurants to get essential kitchen equipment at competitive prices from reliable vendors. Swiggy is testing a premium membership program called Rare Club, starting at ₹50,000 per year, targeting high-end customers.
