For over four decades, Jaipur Rugs have been one of the market leaders in designing, manufacturing and delivering the finest hand-woven rugs in India and in countries from all around the world. Their brand has worked with over 40,000 rural artisans across six states in India. They have a dedicated manpower of over 750 employees working incessantly for the growth of the company and the community that they have built with their collective efforts.

Their relentless efforts towards enabling the rural women by providing them training, as well as livelihood at their doorstep, have changed the face of the carpet weaving industry in India. More than 85% of their workforce involves women. The artisans who were being underpaid by the contractors were empowered to explore their creative potential and display their art on an international level.
