Parijat Ghosh has been named the new managing partner in India by Bain & Company, a top worldwide management consulting firm, with effect from April 1, 2023. Parijat’s new position will see him in charge of driving the company’s market expansion, cultivating client connections, mentoring the next generation of Bain executives, and following the firm’s purpose of helping clients reach their full potential.

Parijat leads Bain’s Results Delivery® practice for Asia Pacific and Bain’s Healthcare practice in India. He holds deep expertise in growth strategy, sales and marketing, innovation, organization design, executive development, and strategy implementation. He also has automotive and building products experience.
