[Funding News] Alyve Health Secures $5.5 Mn in Series A Funding Round from Axilor Ventures

Alyve Health, a healthtech platform, has secured $5.5 million in its Series A round, which was led by Axilor Ventures.

The proceeds will be allocated to strategic growth initiatives in critical areas, including platform enhancement, talent acquisition, operations expansion, service amplification, and increased member engagement.

1Crowd Fund, an existing investor, and Inhealth Ventures, a healthcare-focused fund, participated. Additionally, as part of this round, the organization secured a venture debt fund from Trifecta Capital.

Alyve’s health plans encompass a variety of healthcare experiences, including doctor consultations, diagnostics, medication purchases, dental procedures, gym memberships, and proactive well-being.

The platform is designed to be readily integrated with payers (insurers, TPAs), intermediaries (brokers, financial institutions, digital platforms), and providers (clinics, diagnostic centres, fitness studios).
