[Funding News] AI Startup Neysa Secures $30 Mn Funding Led by NTTVC, Others

In a funding round co-led by current investors, US-based venture capital company NTTVC, Z47 (previously Matrix Partners India), and Nexus Venture Partners, Neysa, an artificial intelligence (AI) cloud and platform-as-a-service business based in Mumbai, has raised $30 million (about Rs 252 crore).

The business, the second endeavor of Sharad Sanghi, the founder of data center services company Netmagic, said the money will be used to expand infrastructure and support R&D aimed at democratizing access to scalable AI solutions.

Sanghi and Anindya Das founded the business in 2023. It provides a range of generative AI platforms and services to assist customers in managing their AI projects while guaranteeing security in cloud and edge environments.

“We are seeing a lot of traction from overseas, including countries like the US, Europe, Japan and the Middle East. So, we will look at overseas markets very soon. Currently, we are seeing great demand from the Indian market itself,” said Sanghi.
