Eruditus
Eruditus is in advanced discussions to secure $150 million in a new investment round headed by the Texas-based private equity company TPG, with a potential valuation of $2.3 billion.
Neuron7.ai
Keith Block, the former co-CEO of Salesforce, formed Smith Point Capital, which led the $44 million Series B fundraising round for Neuron7.ai. The oversubscribed investment round saw the addition of long-time investors Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures, increasing the total amount of money raised to date to over $63 million.
Everstage
Everstage, a SaaS platform that automates sales commissions, secured $30 million sponsored by Eight Roads Ventures, Elevation Capital, and 3one4 Capital. Everstage has raised $45 million, with Eight Roads Ventures investing over 50%. The company also announced a Rs 5 crore ESOP repurchase.
Primus Senior Living
Primus Senior Living, an eldercare firm, raised $20 million in venture funding, with General Catalyst providing $7 million. Gruhas, co-founded by Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath and Puzzolana Group’s Abhijeet Pai, invested the remaining $13 million.
Slice
The CEO and founder of Bengaluru-based financial unicorn Slice, Rajan Bajaj, has raised Rs 71.7 crore (about $8.6 million).
Yu Foods
Yu Foods Co., an instant packaged food startup located in Delhi NCR, has raised $6.5 million in its Series B fundraising round, which was spearheaded by prominent investors Ashish Kacholia and Asian Paints Promoter Group.
Suraasa
Reach Capital is leading a new $6 million fundraising round for Suraasa, a platform for global teacher mobility and workforce development, with participation from ETS Capital, NB Ventures, TSM Ventures, TRTL Ventures, and other strategic investors.
Wizards
In a seed round headed by an angel investor, Data Science Wizards secured $1.4 million at a valuation of $16.4 million.
Lifechart
The gut wellness company Lifechart has raised $500,000 in an early investment round. $250,000 was donated by Prajay Advisors LLP, with the rest funds coming from Agility Ventures, Expert Dojo, and a convertible instrument group of angel investors that included Ahana Gautam, Nitish Mittersain, Sarath Sura, and Marwari Angels.
