Kapiva 

Kapiva, a D2C Ayurveda Startup, has raised $60 million in a Series D funding round co-led by 360 ONE Asset and Vertex Growth.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Vertex Ventures and 3one4 Capital.

The funds will go toward expanding R&D, boosting manufacturing, investing in brand growth, and developing a health-tech platform to deliver more personalized care.

Recur Club

Recur Club, a debt marketplace catering to startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has raised $50 million in a mix of equity and debt.

The company raised $8 million in equity funding, led by InfoEdge Ventures with participation from LC Nueva, Physis Capital, String Ventures, and iA Finvolve. 

Art of Time

India’s leading omnichannel luxury watch retailer brand Art of Time has secured Rs 175 crore in a fresh funding round from CaratLane founder Mithun Sacheti, Jaipur Gems CEO Siddhartha Sacheti, freshworks founder Girish Mathrubootham, and Plutus Wealth Management.

Petpooja 

Indian restaurant tech platform Petpooja has raised Rs 137 crore ($15.5 million) in its Series C funding round led by Dharana Capital.

The round also saw participation from Ashish Gupta, co-founder of Helion Ventures; Abhiraj Singh Bhal, Varun Khaitan, co-founders of Urban Company.

Hocco 

Ice Cream Brand Hocco has raised Rs 115 crore in a fresh funding round led by longtime partner Sauce.vc.

This round has raised the company’s valuation to ₹2,000 crore.

The new funds will go toward boosting manufacturing capacity, enhancing cold-chain infrastructure, developing new products and expanding the company’s footprint across india and key international markets.

Assessli 

Deep-tech startup Assessli has raised Rs 44.37 crore in a seed funding round from Foxhog Ventures, marking its first institutional investment.

Assessli will use the new investment to enter the US and UK markets, speed up product commercialization, and grow its technology team.

RUGR Fintech

Rural-focused financial technology startup, RUGR Fintech has raised $5 million in pre-Series A funding  from the Vikasa India EIF I Fund, a Mauritius-based collective investment scheme. 

The new funding will strengthen tech infrastructure, enable strategic investments, and boost working capital for the company’s next growth phase.

Ignosis 

Fintech startup Ignosis has raised $4 Mn in its pre-Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners’ Surge.

The round also saw participation from Razorpay Ventures, Force Ventures, CRED’s Kunal Shah and existing investors.

Fyno 

Enterprise messaging startup Fyno has raised $4 Mn in a seed funding round co-led by Arkam Ventures and 3one4 Capital.

Vama 

Spiritual and devotional platform Vama has raised Rs 22 Cr ($2.5 million) in its pre-Series A funding round led by existing investor Wavemaker Partners.

Other investors including  500 Global, Sadev Ventures, Venture Catalysts, Silverneedle Ventures, and angel investors like Centrum International Services director Alok Nanavaty, Tata Play CEO Harit Nagpal, Swati Parikh, and Mahesh Kamdar, also participated in this round.
