Ice cream brand Hocco raises Rs 115 Cr funding led by Sauce.VC

Ice Cream Brand Hocco has raised Rs 115 crore in a fresh funding round led by longtime partner Sauce.vc.

This round has raised the company’s valuation to ₹2,000 crore.

The new funds will go toward boosting manufacturing capacity, enhancing cold-chain infrastructure, developing new products and expanding the company’s footprint across india and key international markets.

Ankit Chona, Managing Director of Hocco, said, “This funding allows us to move faster on the vision we’ve set for Hocco: To make quality ice cream that is exciting, innovative and crafted to turn everyday moments into something special. At Hocco, ice cream is our way of bringing something fresh, modern and joyful to a legacy category. With this capital, we’re doubling down on that idea and scaling it for many more consumers across India and beyond.”

By summer 2026, Hocco aims to reach nearly 3 lakh litres in manufacturing capacity, making it one of India’s most advanced ice cream facilities. It also plans to expand in quick commerce, modern retail, and travel touchpoints.

In June 2024, Hocco introduced its premium sub-brand, Huber & Holly, featuring flavors like Salted Caramel Popcorn, Pondicherry Vanilla, and Sicilian Pistachio. Initially sold in select parlours, these are now available in packaged retail.

In just a few years, Hocco has reshaped the ice cream category with its mix of craftsmanship, innovation, and strong execution. By launching new formats, unique flavors, and a modern distribution network, it has positioned itself as a standout consumer brand.
