Kapiva raises $60 million in Series D round led by 360 ONE Asset and Vertex Growth

Kapiva, a D2C Ayurveda Startup, has raised $60 million in a Series D funding round co-led by 360 ONE Asset and Vertex Growth.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Vertex Ventures and 3one4 Capital.

The funds will go toward expanding R&D, boosting manufacturing, investing in brand growth, and developing a health-tech platform to deliver more personalized care.

The round included both primary and secondary transactions, with $28 Mn raised through primary infusion and $32 Mn via a secondary deal, providing an exit for Kapvia’s early investors.

About Kapiva 

Founded in 2016 by Ameve Sharma and Shrey Badhani, Kapiva offers over 100 ayurvedic nutrition products, including supplements, gummies, capsules, and skincare, along with doctor consultations. 

“The top 5 categories contribute to 96-97% of revenue, which comprises diabetes, then the gym supplement category, followed by energy supplements, heart and liver, " Ameve Sharma, cofounder of Kapiva.

The startup claims that its diabetes supplement is India’s top-selling product in the category.

The company has posted over 80% annual growth for three consecutive years, with a revenue run rate of ₹5.5B ($66M). 

Its products span diabetes care, sports nutrition, liver health, and wellness, sold via e-commerce, its website, and 40,000 retail outlets in India, along with markets in the U.S., Middle East and Europe.
