MoEngage
AI marketing firm MoEngage has raised $100 million in funding from Goldman Sachs Alternatives and A91 Partners.
The company has raised over $250 million in funding as it expands globally. North America contributes the largest share of MoEngage’s revenue, underscoring its position as a leading AI-driven customer engagement platform, the company said.
Giga
AI startup Giga raised $61 million in a Series A funding round on Wednesday, led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator and Nexus Venture Partners.
The company said the new funds will be used to expand its technical team, speed up its market strategy, and scale deployments for large enterprises.
Spacewood Furnishers
Spacewood Furnishers, a modular furniture maker, has raised Rs 300 crore ($33.8 million) funding from A91 Partners, a private equity firm, to expand faster and improve its operations.
The investment values the Nagpur-based company at about Rs 1,200 crore and gives A91 Partners a significant minority share.
Miko
Mumbai-based robotics startup Miko has raised $10.5 million (₹93.5 crore) from iHeartMedia, a US-based audio media company.
The startup plans to use the funds to support business operations and general corporate purposes.
Agnikul Cosmos
Space tech startup Agnikul Cosmos has raised ₹67 crore (about $7.6 million) through a combination of equity and debt, its first big funding in more than two years.
The round saw participation from Advenza Global, Atharva Green Ecotech LLP, and Pratithi Investments.
Zynk
Zynk, a cross-border fintech infrastructure startup has raised $5 million (about INR 44 Cr) in its seed funding round led by Hivemind Capital.
The round also saw participation from investors like Coinbase Ventures, Transpose Platform VC, Polymorphic Capital, Tykhe Ventures, among others.
The new funding will be used to expand Zynk’s international money transfer network, which currently supports currencies such as the US Dollar, Euro, Dirham, Indian Rupee, and Peso. The company also plans to enhance its security and compliance systems and partner with global banks and payment firms to make cross-border transactions faster and easier.
TABP Snacks & Beverages
Coimbatore-based TABP Snacks and Beverages, a fast-growing beverage manufacturer, has raised $3 million (Rs 26 crore) in a funding round led by LC Nueva.
The round also saw participation from Entrust Family Office and investors Arun Mukherjee and Soumya Malani.
The funds will be used to grow distribution in South and East India, introduce new beverage formats, and increase manufacturing capacity.
BabyOrgano
BabyOrgano, a maker of ayurvedic wellness products for children, has raised ₹20 crore ($2.4 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by RPSG Capital Ventures, with participation from existing investor Sauce.vc.
The funds will be used for product development, marketing, and expanding operations. The company aims to reach ₹100 crore in revenue by FY27.
MeshDefend
MeshDefend, an artificial intelligence (AI) operating system for enterprise data infrastructure needs, has raised $2.3 million in pre-seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital.
The round also saw participation from Kettleborough VC and several entrepreneurs and chief executives.
The funds will be used to speed up product development, improve market launch efforts, and prepare the company’s systems for large-scale use.
Protouch
Protouch, a beauty appliance brand, has raised $2 million in a pre-Series funding A funding round led by GVFL, valuing the company at $10 million.
The round also saw participation from Ennission India Capital and Anicut Capital.
