Ritika Sikand possesses extensive expertise in sales and marketing, accumulated over a span of 18 years, encompassing both domestic and international markets. She has a demonstrated history of successfully driving business expansion, brand growth, customer experiences, and digital innovation. She strongly believes in establishing strategic alliances that provide long-term benefits.

Before joining Table Space, Sikand was engaged in reimagining and revitalizing the TajSATS brand, which is a subsidiary of the prestigious Tata Group. This effort resulted in the establishment of a strong brand presence and improved business performance.
She held a position on the Management Committee at TajSATS, where she played a key role in driving the company towards achieving business excellence, with a particular focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
