PhysicsWallah Empowers Aspiring Entrepreneurs with $5 Mn Startup School

PhysicsWallah (PW), an ed-tech unicorn, created the $5 million PW School of Entrepreneurs (SOS) to help 100 entrepreneurs over five years. This PW Foundation project promotes entrepreneurship by providing practical training, strategic coaching, and money to potential entrepreneurs.

Three personalized programs from PW SOS are Aarambh for novices, Prarambh for experienced entrepreneurs, and Hopes Alive for seed-funded or bootstrapped firms. These programs emphasize business model development, branding, budgeting, and scalability for long-term success.

PW founder and CEO Alakh Pandey said Tier 2 and Tier 3 firms may boost India’s economy. These entrepreneurs require guidance and a supportive network.

PW SOS wants to recruit 1,000 prospective entrepreneurs in Aarambh and 100 in Prarambh to help them polish their ideas and learn from successful founders.

PW now offers skilling, higher education, and physical schools in addition to exam preparation. With PW SOS, the company hopes to remain a lifelong learning partner for students.
