Navi Finserv Limited, a financial services company, has appointed Anil Kumar Misra as the non-executive Chairman of its Board of Directors.
The firm announced that Misra, a former Executive Director of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), will take on the position of Executive Chairman, while Sachin Bansal will remain as the CEO. While working at the central bank, he was responsible for overseeing the regulation and oversight of both banking and non-banking financial entities.

Misra has also occupied positions and served as a member of the governing bodies of prominent financial institutions such as Punjab National Bank, Jammu & Kashmir Bank, and Union Bank of India.
