The Top Indian Startups Funding Roundup of This Week

Snapmint 

Snapmint, one of India's fastest growing EMI payments platforms, has raised $125 million in its Series B funding round led by General Atlantic. The round also saw participation from Prudent Investment Managers, Kae Capital, Elev8 Venture Partners, and existing angel investors. 

The funds will be used to expand its EMI-on-UPI services and strengthen its merchant network.

IntrCity SmartBus

IntrCity SmartBus, a tech-driven intercity bus network platform, has raised ₹250 crore in a Series D funding round led by venture capital firm A91 Partners. The new funding will be used to improve customer experience, upgrade fleet management technology, and expand operations across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

IntrCity SmartBus also plans to double its fleet size and is targeting a ₹1,000 crore turnover by next year.

Snabbit 

Snabbit, a quick service app, has raised about ₹265 crore ($31.7 million) in a Series C funding round from global investors including Bertelsmann Nederland B.V., Lightspeed India Partners IV, LLC, Elevation Capital VIII Limited, and Nexus Ventures VII Holdings, LLC.

Mem0 

Mem0, a company offering memory infrastructure for AI applications, has raised $24 million in its Series A funding round led by Basis Set Ventures.

The round also saw participation from Peak XV Partners, Kindred Ventures, GitHub Fund, and Y Combinator. Strategic investors include executives from Datadog, Supabase, PostHog, GitHub, and Weights & Biases, also took part in this round.

The startup plans to use the funds to expand engineering, support enterprise deployments and form new partnerships with AI platforms and tooling ecosystems. 

Optimo Capital 

Digital lending platform Optimo Capital has raised Rs 150 crore in a Series A round led by its founder Prashant Pitti, who also co-founded easemytrip, with participation from existing investors Blume Ventures and Omnivore.

The Bengaluru-based fintech NBFC, specializing in digital loans against property (LAP), has also secured Rs 110 crore in debt from IDFC First Bank and Axis Bank. It is further in discussions with several PSU banks and large NBFCs to establish co-lending partnerships.

jupiter Money  

Jupiter Money, a fintech startup has raised $15 million (Rs 115 crore) in a fresh round of funding from existing investors Mirae Asset Venture Investments, BeeNext, and 3one4 Capital.

Jitendra Gupta, founder of Jupiter, also joined the round as an individual investor.

Goyaz 

Goyaz, a gold-plated silver jewellery brand has raised Rs 130 crore in a Series A funding round led by Norwest. This is Goyaz’s first institutional funding round.

The funds will help the company expand by opening more stores in key cities, improving design and production, and strengthening both online and offline sales. Goyaz also plans to launch new products and reach more customers in metro and Tier II cities.

SalarySe 

SalarySe, a fintech startup has raised $11.3 Mn (around INR 94 Cr) in its Series A funding round led by Flourish Ventures and SIG Venture Capital.The round also saw participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners and Pravega Ventures. 

SalarySe cofounder Piyush Bagaria shared that Flourish Ventures invested about $5 million, SIG contributed $3 million, and the remaining $3.3 million came from existing investors Peak XV and Pravega.

Point AI

E-commerce service startup Point AI (formerly Try ND Buy) has raised $5.3 million in a round led by Yali Capital. The round also saw participation from Lip-Bu Tan, CEO of Intel Corporation and chairman of Walden Catalyst and Tremis Capital.

The funds will be used to improve Point AI’s products, attract more customers, and strengthen its engineering and core operations.

HYDGEN 

HYDGEN, a green hydrogen innovator with proprietary anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolyzer technology, has raised $5M in a Pre-A funding round led by Transition VC.

The round also saw participation from Cloudberry Pioneer Investments (Europe), Moringa Ventures (Singapore), and strategic family offices from India and Singapore.

The company plans to use the investment to deliver ultra-pure, cost-effective hydrogen directly at the point of use through its proprietary Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolyser technology.
