Darwinbox

Enterprise HR technology platform Darwinbox, has raised $140 million (about INR 1,218.1 Cr) funding in an undisclosed round co-led by Partners Group and KKR. 

Leap Finance

Leap Finance, a fintech platform for Indian students pursuing higher education overseas, has secured $100 million in debt funding from London-headquartered bank HSBC through its Asean Growth Fund.

InsuranceDekho

Insurtech startup InsuranceDekho has raised $70 million in a funding round.The round was co-led by Beams Fintech Fund, Japan’s Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), and insurer BNP Paribas Cardif through its insurtech fund, managed by the European investment firm Eurazeo.

Swish

Swish, a 10-minute food delivery startup, has raised Rs 122.32 crore (approximately $14 million) in its Series A funding round led by Hara Global Capital and existing investor Accel India. 

MaxIQ

Revenue AI platform MaxIQ (formerly Gyaan AI) has raised $7.8 million in a seed funding round led by Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from Intel Capital.

Shadowfax

Logistics company ShadowFax, which is preparing for an IPO, has secured Rs 65.4 Cr (approximately $7.5 million) in funding from its cofounders, Vaibhav Khandelwal and Abhishek Bansal.

Beacon.li

Beacon.li, an AI-driven enterprise solutions startup, raised $7 million in Series A funding round.The round was led by Sorin Investments, an early-stage Indian VC firm co-founded by ex-KKR India CEO Sanjay Nayar.

Ayurvedic skincare brand indē wild has raised $5 million funding in a seed extension round led by Unilever Ventures, alongside SoGal Ventures and True Global Ventures.

FluxGen

FluxGen Sustainable Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading climate tech company in end-to-end smart water management solutions, has raised ₹28 crore in a pre-series A funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund.
