“For enterprises to remain customer-centric, AI-driven automation is no longer optional, it’s essential. Customisation, complexity, and outdated documentation slows adoption, but AI is transforming this by creating seamless, intuitive user experiences that drive business efficiency,” said Vaddadi.
“As businesses prioritise automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and adoption, the need for intelligent enterprise tools is more critical than ever. Beacon.li is not only addressing a fundamental pain point but also setting a new standard for AI-powered assistance,” said Subeer Monga, partner, Sorin Investments.
Investors are showing more interest in Indian SaaS startups using AI. On January 30, ET reported that SuperOps, an IT management software company, raised $25 million in Series C funding, led by March Capital with support from Addition and Z47. Likewise, in September 2024, SaaS company Whatfix raised $125 million in a round led by Warburg Pincus.
