Blue-collar HRMS start-up BetterPlace has acquired EzeDox, a no-code workflow builder platform in undisclosed amount, and this is the fourth acquisition by the company in 10 months.
With this acquisition, Betterplace aims to strengthen its position as a full-stack tech player in the Indian frontline workforce management space, which is valued at $80 billion, the company said.
Through this acquisition, EzeDox’s technology stack will be integrated into Betterplace’s software platform for workforce management, targeted at mid to large enterprises.
Last week Betterplace acquired blue and grey-collar staffing solution provider OkayGo, and Oust Labs, Aasaanjobs and Waah Jobs last year.
Veerendra Mishra and Vaibhav Jain, founders of EzeDox said it is a no-code workflow builder platform that helps enterprises improve cost-effectiveness through self- and supportive on-boarding and custom delivery workflows.
Founded in 2015 by Pravin Agarwal and Uday Singh, Betterplace is a SaaS-based platform that helps companies to manage the entire lifecycle of their blue-collar workforce by providing them with services such as hiring,
It also provides training, attendance management, payroll services and compliance services.
In September 2021, Betterplace had raised $24 million in its Series C funding round led by returning investors Jungle Ventures and CX Partners.
