Shemaroo Entertainment has appointed Anvesha Poswalia as its Head of Digital Marketing. She was previously employed by Unilever as the Digital and E-commerce Lead for Home Care.
She was responsible for the digital and e-commerce strategy for the home care division at HUL at Unilever, which encompasses brands such as Surf Excel, Comfort, Domex, and Vim.
From August 2019 to February 2021, she was the Digital Marketing Lead for L’Oreal Professionnel at L’Oreal. She was responsible for leading the team in the pursuit of digital transformation for L’Oreal Professionnel across three key areas: consumer, commerce, and community. She also devised, organized, and implemented the strategy to engage consumers throughout the funnel.
She was the Senior Brand Manager-Digital at Asian Paints from September 2015 to August 2019. She was accountable for the brand’s comprehensive digital marketing strategy in this capacity.

From October 2013 to September 2015, she served as the Assistant General Manager of Marketing at Travelyaari. In this capacity, she was accountable for the management of brand and direct response campaigns, which were executed across selected segments with a focus on the target audience and value proposition to achieve revenue targets. She also developed marketing plans to achieve short and long-term organizational objectives and executed marketing programs using platforms such as SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
She has previously held various positions at Google. In June 2011, she assumed the position of Account Planner for AdWords at the Company. She subsequently served as an Account Strategist from June 2012 to September 2013.
