Additionally, he has expertise in developing and mentoring leadership teams to effectively drive and oversee global expansion. He will have a crucial role in advancing the growth and success of Metastable Materials.
R U Srinivas possesses extensive expertise spanning more than 35 years in many industries, encompassing B2B sectors such as Saas Product, Banking, IT+ Business Process Outsourcing, Big 4 Audit firms, and Manufacturing, as well as B2C domains like Food and Retail.

He has held the positions of CEO and board member, overseeing worldwide responsibilities such as strategy, sales, operations, quality, finance, and HR. He has successfully conducted business and made sales in more than 20 countries. Additionally, he has been recognized with prestigious global honors, including being named an HRO superstar three times and an FAO superstar. During his free time, he volunteers at the IIT Madras Incubation Centre, providing guidance to companies on human resources issues without charge. In addition, he provides guidance to the Board and Trustees of CHILD, a non-governmental organization (NGO).
