The Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC) and the India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) reached an agreement to improve the electronics and semiconductor industry in the state.
The strategic alliance was established during the Invest Madhya Pradesh Bengaluru roadshow on August 8, 2024, as part of the “Interactive Session on Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh” event.
The purpose of the MoU is to encourage the creation of Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) ecosystem companies in Madhya Pradesh.

The effort aims to cultivate a dynamic ecosystem that includes electronic business services, printed circuit board (PCB) design and manufacture, electronic components manufacturing, and semiconductor ATMP (Assembly, Testing, Marking, and Packaging).
The partnership is anticipated to make a substantial contribution to India’s goal of becoming a dominant force in the Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) industry by 2030.
Anshul Gupta, Managing Director of MPSEDC, said: “This association with IESA is a significant step towards realizing Madhya Pradesh’s potential in the electronics and semiconductor industry.”
