Kammal Daas Joins Ecom Express As VP Of Last Mile Operations

Ecom Express Limited has appointed Kammal Daas as Vice President of Last Mile Operations. He will work on improving last-mile delivery, boosting efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Kammal brings over 18 years of experience in operations, logistics and supply chain management to Ecom Express. Before this, he was Vice President of Operations at licious, handling mid-mile delivery and procurement logistics. He has also held key roles at flipkart and Walmart India, focusing on improving third-party logistics and supply chain systems.

Ecom Express was founded in 2012 by TA Krishnan, Manju Dhawan, K Satyanarayana, and Sanjeev Saxena, specializes in B2C ecommerce logistics. It serves ecommerce platforms across horizontal, vertical, D2C, and quick commerce segments in India.

In FY24, the company reduced its consolidated net loss by 67% to INR 255.8 Cr, down from INR 428.1 Cr in FY23. Loss from continuing operations dropped to INR 248.5 Cr from INR 359.8 Cr, while loss from discontinued operations fell to INR 7.4 Cr from INR 68.3 Cr.
