Gaurav Juneja has been appointed chief revenue officer of Kapture, a SaaS-based customer support automation platform.
In his capacity as the recently appointed CRO, Juneja is in charge of developing and putting into action plans intended to achieve worldwide expansion in both domestic and foreign markets, as reported by bnnbreaking.

Juneja, a former Google head of digitalization, has plenty of experience in executive positions in FMCG, retail, auto, and BFSI. In addition to co-founding StarQuik, he has held positions at Reliance and Lehman Brothers.
The primary focus of Kapture's teams and technology is "the customer," from the ground up. Kapture CX, which is based on hyper-personalization, gives each resolution context and intelligence while maintaining a high level of personalisation, giving each client a sense of value.
