Infra.Market

Mumbai-based construction materials marketplace Infra.Market has raised $150 million in debt financing from Mars Growth Capital, a joint venture between Liquidity Group and MUFG Bank. This funding includes a $50 million top-up to an existing $100 million facility, which has now been extended by an additional five years.

B2B food and grocery marketplace jumbotail has entered the unicorn club following a $120 million Series D funding round, led by SC Ventures, the innovation and investment arm of Standard Chartered Plc. 

AppsForBharat

Spiritual tech platform Sri Mandir parent AppsForBharat has raised $20 million in its Series C funding round led by Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital. Existing investors Nandan Nilekani’s Fundamentum, Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners, also participated in this round.

Eggoz

Eggoz, a tech-enabled egg supply chain startup, has raised $20 million in a Series C funding round led by Gaja Capital, with continued support from existing investors including IvyCap Ventures, Rebright Partners, Avaana Capital, Nabventures, and Merisis Opportunities Fund.

Aukera 

Bengaluru-based lab-grown diamond jewellery brand Aukera has raised $15 million in Series B funding, with Peak XV Partners leading the round. Existing investors includingFireside Ventures, Sparrow Capital, Prath Ventures, and Alteria Capitalalso participated in the fresh capital infusion.

Non-banking financial company FincFriends Private Limited has secured Rs 98.5 crore in debt funding from other NBFCs to expand its operations and introduce new credit offerings for underserved borrowers in India.

Bambrew

Bambrew, a meta-material innovation company specializing in sustainable packaging solutions, has raised Rs 90 crore (about $10.3 million) in funding round led by Ashok Goel, former Managing Director of Essel Propack along with Japanese venture capital firm ENRISSION INDIA CAPITAL.

Maieutic Semiconductor

Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Maieutic Semiconductor has raised $4.15 million in a seed funding round, co-led by Endiya Partners and Exfinity Venture Partners. The funding will be used to expand the engineering team, accelerate time to market, and support key hires, according to the company’s press release.

Luma Fertility

Fertility-tech startup Luma Fertility has raised $4 million in seed funding led by Peak XV’s Surge, with notable participation from Ameera Shah (Metropolis Healthcare) and Vijay Taparia (B2V Ventures). The funding will fuel Luma’s expansion across Mumbai and into new cities over the next two years.

GobbleCube

AI-powered commerce intelligence startup GobbleCube has secured $3.5 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by InfoEdge Ventures, with continued backing from Kae Capital.
