The Top Indian Startups Funding Roundup of This Week

Temple 

Eternal founder Deepinder Goyal’s startup Temple,  has raised $54 million (Rs 493 crore) in seed funding round from Peak XV Partners, Steadview Capital, Dharana Capital, Info Edge Ventures and more than 80 individual investors.

After the funding round, Temple is valued at $190 million (around Rs 1,700 crore).

Constelli 

Aerospace and defence tech startup Constelli has raised $20 million in a funding round led by Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm General Catalyst.

The round also saw participation from 360 One Asset Management and existing investor Pravega Ventures.

The new funding will be used for research and development of advanced electronic warfare and communication systems for drones, ground vehicles, naval ships, and satellites.

Wishlink 

Creator-focused commerce startup Wishlink has raised $17.5 million in a Series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.

Existing investors Fundamentum and Elevation Capital also took part in the funding round.

MeltPlan 

Construction tech startup MeltPlan has raised $10 million in funding in a seed funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

The round also saw participation from Europe-based venture capital firm Noa.

It plans to use the new funding to improve its “planning engine,” an AI system that helps make better decisions before construction starts. Part of the capital will also be used to develop software that improves decisions related to code, costs, schedules, and overall project value.

Gushwork AI

Gushwork, an Agentic AI startup, has raised $9 million (about ₹81 Cr) in its seed funding round led by Susquehanna Asia VC.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Lightspeed, B Capital, Seaborne Capital, Beenext, Sparrow Capital, and 2.2 Capital.

The startup plans to use the new funding to speed up product development, make its agents more accurate, and hire new talent, especially in the engineering team.

Spintly 

IOT-based security startup Spintly has raised $8 million in a funding round led by Accel. 

The round also saw participation from Enrission India Capital, SucSEED Ventures, Alumni Ventures and Chakra Growth Fund.

The new funding will mainly be used to grow sales, business development, and marketing in India, the Middle East, and the US, and to support R&D for AI-powered smart building technologies.

Home Essentials

Home Essentials, a D2C brand that sells home and kitchen products, has raised Rs 70 crore in a pre-Series B funding round. The round was led by 360 ONE Asset, with participation from existing investor India Quotient.

The company said it will use the new funds to grow its presence both online and offline and to expand its range of kitchen and home improvement products.

Wootzwork 

Wootzwork, a company that provides engineering and manufacturing solutions, has raised $6.6 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Z47, with existing investors Nexus Venture Partners and AdvantEdge Founders, and new participation from Stride Ventures.

Freed 

Debt restructuring platform Freed has secured $6.6 million (Rs 60 crore) in a funding round led by Aavishkaar Capital.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Sorin Investments, Piper Serica, and Sattva Ventures.

The startup plans to use the funds to grow its operations, expand into new regions, improve its technology, and collaborate with financial institutions.

MyDesignation 

Direct-to-consumer (D2C) fashion brand MyDesignation has raised Rs 40 crore in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by RPSG Capital Ventures.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Veltis Capital, Multiply Ventures, and Dominor Investments showing continued confidence in the company’s growth and future plans.
