Wishlink secures $17.5 million Series B funding round

Creator-focused commerce startup Wishlink has raised $17.5 million in a Series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.

Existing investors Fundamentum and Elevation Capital also took part in the funding round.

This new funding round comes after two years. In February 2024, Wishlink had raised $7 million from The Fundamentum Partnership Fund and Elevation Capital.

Earlier, in October 2022, the company had raised $3 million in its seed funding round.

“We intend to build tech both on the creator side as well as the brand side. Along with that, we want to keep on solving discovery for end consumers,” Wishlink founder Divyansh Ameta

“For example, I made a H&M content in which I commented on some products. I can just link those products with my content and my followers can shop through those links, through my Wishlink bio as well as certain automations that we have done on top of Instagram,”  Ameta added

Wishlink was founded in 2022 by Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta, and Chandan Yadav. It runs a platform where people can discover products through influencers.

The platform helps creators earn money from their content, while also helping brands increase sales and gain new customers.

Wishlink works with more than 40,000 active creators every month. Together, they create over 300,000 pieces of content each month.

Through its platform, more than 6 million orders are placed, generating over Rs 350 crore in monthly sales for partner brands and e-commerce companies.
