EvoluteIQ
EvoluteIQ, an AI-driven business automation company, has raised $53 million in a funding round led by Baird Capital. The funding will help EvoluteIQ expand globally and grow its enterprise AI-driven automation solutions.
With backing from Baird Capital, EvoluteIQ plans to grow internationally. As part of the deal, Daina Spedding and Mark Donnelly from Baird Capital will join EvoluteIQ’s Board of Directors.
FinBox
Digital credit infrastructure startup FinBox has raised $40 million in a Series B funding round led by WestBridge Capital. The round also saw participation from existing investors A91 Partners and Aditya Birla Ventures.The company said it will use the new funding to create AI-first workflows, platforms, and solutions to boost efficiency.
Blue Energy Motors
Blue Energy Motors, an electric truck manufacturer has secured $30 Mn (Rs 264 Cr) in a funding round led by zerodha cofounder Nikhil Kamath and listed textiles company Omnitex Industries.
The new funding will be used to improve current operations, develop LNG and electric trucks, and grow the startup’s presence across India.
Ecosoul
Sustainability-focused homeware brand Ecosoul has raised $20 million in its Series B equity and debt funding round from Accel and strategic investors Bajaj Financial Securities Limited.
The round also saw participation from StartupXseed Ventures, JSW Ventures, CK Birla Group and existing partner Singh Capital Partners. It also secured $3 million in venture debt from Alteria Capital and SIDBI in this round.
Indkal Technologies
Consumer electronics company Indkal Technologies has raised $20 million in a Series B bridge funding round led by existing investors.
Before this, the Bengaluru startup raised $36 million in a Series A round in June last year.
Scalekit
AI-powered SaaS startup Scalekit has raised $5.5 million (Rs 48.4 Cr) as part of its seed funding round led by Together Fund and Z47. Other angel investors such as Adam Frankl, Oliver Jay, Jagadeesh Kunda, among others, also participated in this round.
The startup said it will use the new funds to strengthen its agent-focused approach and improve its technology.
Lucira
Lucira, a lab-grown diamond jewellery firm has raised $5.5 million (about Rs 48 crore) in its maiden funding round led by Blume Ventures and with participation from Spring Marketing Capital. SiriusOne Capital Fund and angel investors including founders of Dot and Key, Livspace and Snitch, also participated in this round.
The startup plans to use the funds to expand its offline presence, build a stronger team, and boost marketing.
SpaceFields
SpaceFields, a deeptech startup has raised $5 million (about INR 42 Cr) in its pre-series A round led by Globaz Technologies. The round also saw participation from Rockstud Capital, Venture Catalysts, Nithin Kamath’s Rainmatter, Burla Angel Network, Faad Capital, SIDBI, O2 Angels, MeitY Startup Hub, among others.
The company said it will use the funds to increase production, get important regulatory approvals, and grow its engineering, operations, and other teams.
Pelocal
Pelocal, a fintech startup has raised $5 million in Series A funding round led by UNLEASH Capital Partners and Unicorn India Ventures, with participation from prominent angel investors.
The startup plans to use the funds to speed up product development, broaden use cases, and strengthen go-to-market efforts.
BeyondSquare Solutions
BeyondSquare Solutions, an enterprise financial software company, has raised USD 4 million in a Series A funding round led by Avant Global Corporation. The investment will happen in three steps: issuing new and convertible shares, additional subscriptions from existing shareholders, and converting warrants once performance milestones are met.
The funds will help FinAlyzer boost automation, improve compliance intelligence, and scale for enterprises with complex reporting, BeyondSquare Solutions said.
