Rozana 

Rural commerce startup Rozana, has raised $30 million (Rs 275 crore) in a Series B funding round led by existing investors Bertelsmann India Investments, and Fireside Ventures.

The round also saw participation from new investors such as the family office of snack maker Bikaji’s promoters and US-based venture capital firm Spark Growth Ventures. 

The company will use the funds to grow from 86 stores to over 200, enter 2–3 new northern states along the Gangetic belt, and expand into more districts in Uttar Pradesh. The funds will also help improve technology, add more product categories, create private label products, and strengthen brand partnerships.

Pronto 

Home services startup Pronto has raised $25 million in a Series B funding round led by Epiq Capital.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst, and Bain Capital Ventures.

Pronto is now valued at $100 million, just nine months after starting.

The startup will use the funds to hire and train staff and expand its work in current markets and services over the next 12 to 18 months.

Bonkers Corner

D2C streetwear brand Bonkers Corner has raised Rs 95 crore (around $10.5 million) in its Series A funding round led by India SME Investment Fund.

The round also saw participation from Radhakrishna Ramnarain Pvt Ltd, Namita Thapar, and over 20 other investors.

The new funding will mainly be used to expand the brand’s offline retail stores. This reflects a growing trend where digital-first D2C brands in India are investing more in omnichannel growth.

Inamo 

Quick commerce enablement startup Inamo has raised $8 million in a funding round led by Prime Venture Partners.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Shastra VC, Antler India, and Gemba Capital. 

The funding consists of $6 million in equity and $2 million as venture debt, for a total of $8 million.

The startup will use the funding to open more dark stores, add more brands to its platform, and expand into new product categories.

RAS Luxury Skincare

RAS Luxury Skincare, a D2C skincare brand, has raised $7.5 Mn (about ₹68.7 Cr) in its Series B funding round led by Dabur Ventures, with participation from existing investor Unilever Ventures. 

The company will use the new funds to grow its presence both online and offline, invest in research and development, and build a stronger team.

RAS also plans to increase its digital reach, open exclusive brand stores, and explore international markets as it expands in the premium natural skincare segment.

Bounce 

Electric mobility startup Bounce has secured in an internal funding round from existing investors Accel, B Capital and Qualcomm Ventures.

The company raised new funds from its existing investors, without bringing in any new ones. This shows that investors still trust the company’s shift from its old urban scooter-sharing model to a business focused on making electric vehicles and managing fleets.

Bounce makes electric scooters and rents them to gig workers in cities like Bengaluru and Delhi NCR. The company handles both making the vehicles and managing the fleet.

Turiyam.ai

Deeptech startup Turiyam.ai has secured $4 million (about ₹36 Cr) in its pre-seed funding round led by Ankur Capital and Axilor’s early-stage investment fund Micelio Fund. 

The startup will use the funds to accelerate product development, grow its team, and support early rollouts with enterprises and data centres in India and abroad.

Part of the new capital will also go toward expanding research and development and supporting commercial deployments in the coming months.

Moneyboxx Finance

Moneyboxx Finance, a listed NBFC that supports small and micro entrepreneurs in rural and semi-urban India, has raised Rs 33.4 crore by issuing equity shares.

The fundraise has strengthened the company’s capital base and will help it speed up its next phase of growth.

A total of 44 lakh equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each were issued on a preferential basis at Rs 76 per share, which includes a premium of Rs 66 per share.

Origa 

Voice AI startup Origa has secured $450,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Antler Singapore.

The round also saw participation from angel investors linked to Uber, SpaceX, and Salesforce.

With this round, the company’s total funding has reached $1 million.

Cheerio AI

Cheerio AI, an AI-powered customer engagement platform, has raised Rs 8 crore in a seed funding round led by Artha Venture Fund II (AVF II).

The round also saw participation from Hyderabad Angels, TiE Angels, LetsVenture, Invention Engine and notable angel investors including Arjun Vaidya, Anand Shahni (WedMeGood), Vivek Mathur (ex-Elevation Capital), Ajeet Khurana, as well as Cheerio AI’s early customers, Habuild and Nitin Verma (InstaAstro).

The funding will help Cheerio AI build multi-modal AI features, including a proprietary small-model LLM for ad creation, expand from messaging into voice and video, scale AI-driven automations and enhance enterprise-grade capabilities.
