RAS Luxury Skincare Raises $7.5 Mn in Series B Round Led by Dabur Ventures

RAS Luxury Skincare, a D2C skincare brand, has raised $7.5 Mn (about ₹68.7 Cr) in its Series B funding round led by Dabur Ventures, with participation from existing investor Unilever Ventures. 

The company will use the new funds to grow its presence both online and offline, invest in research and development, and build a stronger team.

RAS also plans to increase its digital reach, open exclusive brand stores, and explore international markets as it expands in the premium natural skincare segment.

"We will use this capital to accelerate our omnichannel presence, deepen our R&D capabilities, and invest in brand and team building — all in pursuit of our longer-term goal of making RAS a leading name in Indian luxury skincare, at home and globally, while staying true to who we are," said Shubhika Jain, Founder and CEO.

Founded in 2021 by Shubhika Jain, her sister Suramya Jain, and their mother Sangeeta Jain, RAS follows a “farm-to-face” model. It sources botanicals from partner and family-owned farms in Raipur and manages formulation and manufacturing in-house to maintain control over its supply chain.

The brand combines Ayurveda with clinical research and offers products like the 24K Gold Radiance Beauty Boosting Face Elixir and the Collagen Boosting Advanced Booster Serum.

The startup says it has served over 5 lakh customers through its D2C website and online marketplaces such as Amazon, nykaa, flipkart, Tata CliQ, FirstCry, and Tira. Its products are also available on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

RAS also caters to the hospitality segment through partnerships with luxury hotel chains such as The Oberoi Group and Fairmont.

Earlier, the brand raised $12 million from investors including Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund and Sixth Sense Ventures.
