Kavitha Rao has joined 10club, a D2C firm that specialises in the kitchen & home segments, as cofounder and chief operating officer.
According to 10club, Rao will oversee day-to-day operations, develop the company’s category plan, and lead sales activities across both offline as well as digital mediums. Rao was managing director of Accenture’s retail division before this, as reported by The Economic Times.

In 2021, 10Club completed a seed investment round and raised $40 million. A combination of finance and equity was used for funding.
