Prajay Advisors financed a seed fundraising round for the direct-to-consumer devotion and fashion brand PrabhuBhakti, which raised an unknown amount.
“This capital injection will enable us to expand our product range, reach new markets,” said Samast Ahlawat, Co-founder, PrabhuBhakti.

Capitalcorn, a platform for early-stage business financing, advised and assisted with this deal. Prajay Advisors used NA Shah Advisors as a transaction adviser.
Ahlawat continued, “The startup also wants to grow 10x by growing both its user base and the range of products it offers.”
