ZEPIC, a SaaS-based customer experience firm, has secured $2.1 million (INR 17.5 crore) in pre-seed capital from Neon Fund and other angel investors who hold prominent positions at Apple, Chargebee, Freshworks, Microsoft, and Zoho. Neon Fund had offered $500K to the round.
