Disprz, that operates an educational and career development platform has secured $30 million in a Series C fundraising round that was spearheaded by Lumos Capital.

A leader in contemporary central banking infrastructure, EMTECH Solutions Inc., raised $4 million from a group of international investors, including BTN, Vested World, Equity Alliance, and Lofty Inc., with the help of Matrix Partners India. The money will be used to support the infrastructure technologies that it is currently developing for the central banks and financial technology companies.

Early-stage growth investor Elev8 Venture Partners, based in Bangalore, disclosed the first secured investment of Elev8-Capital Fund 1 at $67 million. The strategic goal of the fund is to make investments in 12 to 14 "tech-powered industry-agnostic companies" with valuations ranging from $100 million to $500 million, with a range of $10 million to $15 million for each investment.

Wallter Systems, a company that makes furniture, has secured an undisclosed sum in a seed fundraising round headed by Inflection Point Ventures.

The second fund's final close has been announced by early-stage venture capital firm Pi Ventures, which makes investments in deep tech and artificial intelligence firms. With a total investment of Rs 702 crore ($85 million), the fund closed above its target of Rs 565 crore.

Indian cricketer Ajinkya Rahane invested an unidentified amount in the dairy substitute business OATEY. Rahane was also chosen to serve as the startup's brand ambassador as part of the business deal.

A platform for students and graduates looking for jobs, Unstop, has secured $5 million in its initial funding round, which was led by the Japanese employment board Mynavi. Along with Coursera, Venture Catalysts, 9Unicorns, and Caret Capital, this fundraising round included them.

A front-door B2B diesel delivery firm named The Fuel Delivery has secured $2 million from Drake Trade and Investment Pte. Ltd. The investor from Singapore will contribute additional working cash to help The Fuel Delivery with its expansion goals. 

Gurugram-based non-banking financing company Clix Capital received about Rs 1,200 crore in debt capital, of which about Rs 164 crore came out of the Global Climate Partnership Fund for further lending to sustainable projects.
