Advanced manufacturing startup Ethereal Machines has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Karnataka at Invest Karnataka 2025 to set up a three-lakh-square-foot smart factory in Bengaluru. 

In a Series A round-headed by Peak XV Partners and Steadview Capital, advanced manufacturing firm Ethereal Machines has raised $13 million.

An advanced manufacturing company, Ethereal Machines, has secured $7.3 million in funding. Peak XV's Surge, Blume Ventures, Ganapathy Subramaniam, a partner at Celesta Capital, Mathew Cyriac, the former head of Blackstone India, and Lip-Bu Tan, executive chairman of Cadence Design Systems and chairman of Walden International, all participated in the round.
