About Ethereal Machines

Founded in 2014 by Kaushik Mudda and Navin Jain, Ethereal Machines is an advanced manufacturing company based in Bengaluru, India. They specialize in designing and building multi-axis CNC machines to make precision parts for industries like aerospace, healthcare and consumer electronics.

Initially, they sold their CNC machines, but after facing market skepticism, they switched to a "machining-as-a-service" model. Now, they use their own five-axis CNC machines to produce parts for clients globally, cutting production times by 25-40% and reducing costs by 10-30%.

In 2024, Ethereal Machines raised $13 million in a Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners and Steadview Capital.
