Brainbees said the deal is a related-party transaction but was done at arm’s length. It added that group companies have no interest in KA Hygiene beyond existing shareholding and common directors. The transaction is expected to close by December 31, 2025.
Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") has received the Draft Red Herring Prospectus ("DRHP") from Brainbees Solutions Limited, the wholly-owned company of the internet-based e-commerce firm FirstCry.
