Subeer Bakshi of PhonePe Joins Pocket FM as People and Culture Head

Pocket FM, the premier radio entertainment platform in India, has named Subeer Bakshi as its Head of People and Culture.

Subeer has over 21 years of experience in HR, covering HR tech, rewards, analytics, communication, talent strategy, HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture.

Subeer most recently worked at PhonePe as the Head of Talent Strategy since February 2022. He will lead personnel procedures and culture in his new position, which will facilitate the audio series platform’s global expansion, as reported by peoplematters.

Subeer added, ‘I am excited to join the rocketship that is Pocket FM. Through a series of innovations, it has powered its way to a promising market opportunity, building a new category in the entertainment landscape. Prior to this, Subeer was the Sr. Head HR for Rewards, HR Tech, Analytics, and Communications at Bajaj Finserv and the Director of Rewards, Talent, and Communication Practice at Willis Towers Watson.
