Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal introduced Nugget, an AI-powered customer support platform that helps manage food delivery, quick commerce (Blinkit), and Hyperpure operations.
Goyal wrote in a post on X, "Nugget helps businesses scale support effortlessly—highly customizable, low-cost, no dev team needed. No rigid workflows, just seamless automation."
"We’re now opening it up to businesses worldwide—90% of companies who’ve seen Nugget have signed up," he added.

What is AI-powered platform Nugget?
Nugget is a no-code AI-powered customer support platform that helps businesses automate customer service without needing technical skills. It can handle up to 80% of customer queries on its own, learning and improving in real time.
Built in-house over three years, Nugget currently processes 15 million+ customer interactions per month for Zomato, Blinkit and Hyperpure. After its success, Zomato is now offering it to businesses globally, with 90% of testers signing up.
Nugget is the first product from Zomato Labs, the company's in-house innovation hub.
Earlier this month, Zomato’s board approved renaming the company to Eternal Ltd. The new name will cover its four businesses:
- Zomato (food delivery)
- Blinkit (quick commerce)
- District (going-out services)
- Hyperpure (B2B grocery supply)
