Viju George, a seasoned investment analyst in the technology sector, joins Mela Ventures as a full-time partner.

Viju has built a prestigious career spanning several decades and a reputation for spearheading financial strategy initiatives for the technology industry. His in-depth knowledge of financial modelling, market trends, and investment analysis has consistently added value for clients and stakeholders.

Viju George most recently worked for Mphasis as a Senior Vice President on the Finance team. Prior to this, he had extensive prior experience in financial consulting, private equity, and investment analysis (his primary professional focus). He has a strong background in business and financial modelling.

As Executive Director, he was JP Morgan’s investment analyst for technology, telecoms, and the internet in India. Viju has consistently been named one of the top India Technology investment analysts between 2012 and 2017 by a variety of investor polls and surveys, including Institutional Investors (Asia) and Institutional Investors (India). He graduated from IIM-Calcutta and IIT-Madras.
