February 2025 Funding Recap : Top Investments Across Sectors

The second month of 2025 saw strong investor interest across various industries, with around $1.1billion in funding in different rounds. HealthTech, E-commerce, FinTech, Food & Beverage and other sectors attracted the most capital as companies continued to innovate and expand.

This article highlights the top companies that secured funding in February 2025 and how they plan to use it for growth.

Top funding of the month:

Blinkit

Blinkit, India’s largest quick commerce platform, has received a ₹1,500 crore investment from its parent company, Zomato, as per a regulatory filing. Last month, Zomato had already invested Rs 500 crore in Blinkit.

Apart from this, different companies like Myntra, ToneTag, Udaan are the companies that received the most funding this month.

Myntra 

Myntra, a major fashion e-commerce company, has reportedly received $81 million (about Rs 709 crore) from its parent company, Flipkart.

ToneTag

ToneTag, a digital payments startup has raised $78 million in a fresh funding round from stock market veteran Ravi Dharamshi’s private equity fund ValueQuest Scale Fund and venture fund Iron Pillar.

Udaan 

Business-to-business (B2B) ecommerce player Udaan has raised $75 million in its series G equity funding round from existing investors UK-based M&G Prudential and Lightspeed.

SpotDraft

SpotDraft, a CLM platform that helps in-house legal teams manage their contract ecosystems, has raised $54 million in its Series B funding round led by Vertex Growth Singapore and Trident Partners.

Cashfree Payments 

Cashfree Payments, a digital payments startup has raised $53 million (about Rs 430 crore) in a funding round led by KRAFTON, a south korean gaming company.

Zeta 

Banking tech startup Zeta has raised $50 million in its fresh funding from US-based Optum, increasing its valuation to $2 billion, up from $1.45 billion in 2021.

Geniemode 

Geniemode, a design-led apparel sourcing platform, has raised over $50 million in a Series C funding round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management Pvt Ltd, Fundamentum, Paramark Ventures and Info Edge ventures.

75F 

IoT and AI-based HVAC automation company 75F raised $45 million in Series B funding round led by Accurant International's Net Zero Alliance.

PMI Electro Mobility Solutions

PMI Electro Mobility Solutions, an electric commercial vehicle manufacturer has raised Rs 250 crore strategic investment from a consortium of investors through a preferential allotment of equity shares, in its second round of private equity funding.
