Gupshup, a platform for conversational interaction, has introduced Conversation Cloud, a full set of software-as-a service (SaaS) solutions intended to support B2C conversations powered by artificial intelligence.
The Conversation Cloud, according to a statement from the company, is made up of the following three essential modules:
Gupshup Converse: With this, corporate users may set up customer journeys, bot flows, and contextual messages that automatically activate by utilising sophisticated no-code tools. Gupshup Customer360's unified profiles based on customer traits and real-time conversational events are leveraged in interactions throughout the customer funnel. To facilitate automated or human-assisted commerce, it includes conversational commerce modules, including payment integrations, agent assistance, and catalogues.

Gupshup Advertise: With Click to WhatsApp and Click to Instagram Ads, it helps marketers find, attract, and convert customers. Brands using Advertise have witnessed 1.6X sign-ups and a 60–70% lower cost per qualified lead when compared to traditional channels, according to Gupshup.
Gupshup Communicate: In addition to its pre-existing ability to send messages across more than 30 channels, it is a major improvement over traditional CPaaS and offers intelligent features like Gen-AI-powered automatic message translation, optimised scheduling to maximise open rates, and omnichannel message failover.
